It was worth its 3 stars. The hotel was very clean and had very good the food and staff.
-
Hotel suited a family perfectly. Free parking was provided to the guests. 10 minutes' walk to the bus stop;)))
-
The hotel staff were very nice.
The hotel was not clean when we arrived. There were wine glasses outside our room that were not ours. They were still there when we left, except someone had broken them, so there was glass all over the hall. Also, there were youngsters running through the halls most of the time.

Convenient location for my needs. Comfortable room. Parking sufficient and convenient.
Room service dinner and dining room breakfast were below average. Dining room staff inadequate for # of customers. Service slow, food not hot. I suggest a buffet. Waitress was fine. RS dinner not as described in RS menu. Order was for cod with rice and veg. Got cod with French fries. Menus needs updating. Ice machine out of order, had to hunt for one. Room did not have towels, hand towels and face cloths for 3 people,

Friendly, accommodating staff. Can open glass door to fresh air a bit, usable desk. specials.
Light bulbsa bit too dim. gourmet vegetarian food unavailable. limited restaurant choices

My first visit to the Sheraton hotel in Burlington was just okay. I thought it was very expensive for the condition of the hotel. I had dogs barking in the hallway and babies crying in the early morning waking me up in the hotel. I also didnt like not having a window on the outside being in room 211. I usually stay at the Marriott where it is much more affordable. Thank you, Jean McNally

Beds were comfortable.
The service for breakfast in the hotel was terrible. The wait staff was very slow, it took 20 minutes to get coffee, and I had to go ask someone twice for coffee.
-
Tony, your shuttle bus driver was extraordinarily wonderful. Having shuttle service to not only the airport but into town and pick ups was a nice extra.
The wifi did not work by your cozy fireplace. I went further into the conference centre and restaurant and the poor internet connection was patchy and frustrating.
-
The staff were friendly and very convient from aorport and room was clean.
Beds could be more comfortable and it would be nice to have free wi-fi and free breakfast.
-
The puffy thick bed coverings.... And their clean white appearance!
-
the kids liked the pool
we have to pay for breakfast, for wi-fi, for movies......
-
The staff was very nice. However for 199$ I expect a room and a bathroom that do not make me feel I am in an old motel... Crazy... I will never book again in a sheraton... They are taking people for granted... Too bad for them they just lost a customer ...
-
Worst experience ever, there was clumps of hair in the room, no clock, and we had to wait a day for a fridge and cot. I will not be returning.
-
We stay at this hotel frequently when we travel to Burlington. Always have had great experiences here
-
Generally a nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere.
The front desk staff were rude.
